Very neat and well maintained apartment. The owner is very friendly and responsive, you can always find a common language. Came with my wife for a further move to St. Petersburg. We stayed for 2 weeks, bed linen and towels were changed on time, there was always feedback from the owner. The apartment is located near the metro, there is a Kirov park and a cinema nearby) It is very pleasant that after a long search we stumbled upon this apartment.

Excellent, comfortable apartments. I liked everything, and the curtains are self-closing, and the phone stands next to the bed, and the stove that heats up instantly, and the mirror with lights, the closet with lights when you open it, the TV has subscriptions to streaming services, you can watch movies, a comfortable large bed and a lot of pillows, warm blanket. Nearby there is auchan city, a large shopping center, metro, it is close to go to elagin island.

The impression of housing is a complete delight! Furniture, bed linen, towels, interior items are new and of very good quality. I liked the smart home system, the TV controlled by voice commands, the heated floor in the bathroom, the automatically closing curtains. Thoughtfully designed apartment. Really very close to the metro station. We will gladly stay here again.

The apartment is excellent - clean, bright, comfortable, has everything you need. It was a pleasure to stay there. Another plus is the location. Quite close to the metro, there is a shopping center nearby and you can walk to the central park. Thanks to the owner of the apartment for the hospitality and for always being in touch! I will gladly come again!
